合同会社タイニールーム(以下「当社」)は、事業の中で取り扱う情報を次の方針で管理します。

1. 取り扱う情報

• Amazon.co.jp での販売に伴い、Amazon から提供される注文・配送に関する情報
• 当社の Amazon 広告アカウントの広告運用データ(キャンペーン、キーワード、広告の成果指標)。Amazon Ads API を通じて取得します
• お問い合わせの際にいただいた氏名・メールアドレス・お問い合わせ内容

2. 利用目的

• 商品の販売、発送、返品・お問い合わせへの対応
• 当社自身の広告の成果の確認と運用の改善(当社の広告アカウントに限ります)

3. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、取り扱う情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。 Amazon Ads API から得たデータは当社の社内業務にのみ使い、他の広告主や外部の事業者には提供しません。

4. 管理と保管

情報は、アクセスを当社の担当者に限った社内システム(Cloudflare 上で運用)で管理します。 Amazon から提供される情報は、Amazon の定める規約・ポリシーに従って取り扱い、目的に必要な期間を過ぎたものは削除します。

5. 開示・訂正・削除のご依頼

ご本人の情報の開示・訂正・削除のご依頼は、下記の窓口までご連絡ください。
